Kit for making an ergonomically well-shaped and stable, large pizza cutter. The handle can be made from wood or other turnable material. The handle blank is not included in the scope of delivery. We recommend a blank with 40 x 40 mm and approx. 150 mm length.
The cutting wheel is a high quality, stable and sharp wheel made of stainless steel with a diameter of approx. 100 mm. The body is made of chrome-plated cast iron.
A threaded insert with internal and external thread is included in the scope of delivery. To screw the thread insert into the wood, a 12.5 mm drill is recommended for hardwood and a 12.0 mm drill for softwood. A thread is provided on the shaft of the cast iron body, onto which the handle with a threaded insert is screwed. The handle can be unscrewed when washing (hand washing recommended).
