BURNING DEVICE FOR FINEST WOOD PAINTINGS, LEATHER OR CORK
Burning and stamping on burn marks has been used to decorate wood for ages. At Steinert Drechselzentrum Erzgebirge, electronic burning aids are compiled for do-it-yourselfers, wood artists, woodturning manufactures and artisans. Each fire painting device is characterised by reliable functionality, easy handling and comprehensive accessories included in the scope of delivery.
BURNING DEVICE - PROPERTIES AND FUNCTIONS
A Steinert fire painting device consists of a firing station with a connected firing pin. When switched on, this pin is heated to high temperatures (e.g. 400 °C, 800 °C or 1,000 °C). With the heated burning pencils and burning loops, a heat-sensitive surface made of wood, cork or leather can now be painted freehand. The firing result depends on the skill of the artist and the care taken with the pressure applied as well as the duration of the firing. The unit is cleaned with cleaning brushes included in the delivery. The space requirement is low due to the compact design and the suspension and insertion accessories.
This means that a fire painting device fits in every hobby workshop, in the workroom of schools or in the handicraft rooms of clubs. They are also part of the basic equipment in many handicraft workshops.
FIND THE OPTIMAL BURNING DEVICE FOR DIFFERENT APPLICATIONS
A Child branding tool is ideal for children who want to decorate wood or similar materials for the first time. They learn about the right temperature, suitable moulding aids and freehand painting without much fuss. If they like it, electronic professional units extend the range of applications up to the Master and Royal models. Temperatures can be set from 300 °C to 1000 °C, depending on the model. Children should not be left unsupervised at first and should be instructed in safe handling at an early stage. For adults, too, each fire painting device comes with detailed instructions on the necessary safety precautions.
