Pepper mill grinder
We offer the pepper grinder in two different kit versions. One is the pure grinding mill, consisting of grinding ring, grinding cone, bracket and driver. Depending on how large the pepper mill is to be in the end, the spindle must be ordered separately in the appropriate length. The mill is completed by end knobs or balls, which can be selected in various designs.
Alternatively, we offer the pepper grinder with a plug-in lid mechanism. The plug-in lid is screwed into the head of the mill and guides the spindle. With this grinder kit, the end knob is not required.
Optionally, an additional centering bar can be installed in the mills for pepper, salt and caraway. This bar ensures that the spindle does not tilt to the side when filling the mill.
Salt grinding mill and caraway grinding mill
The kit for the salt grinder and caraway grinder is also available in a version without a plug-in lid and with a plug-in lid. The design corresponds to the grinding mechanism pepper mill. The salt grinder is additionally TiN-coated. This titanium nitride coating ensures greater hardness of the grinding ring and grinding cone and also increases corrosion resistance. A TiN-coated grinder remains permanently sharp and does not react with salt.
Grinder for nutmeg
The nutmeg grinder features a similar design to the grinders for pepper, salt, and caraway. The spindle, available in lengths of 80 mm, 100 mm, 120 mm or 150 mm, must be ordered separately. Either a crank with knob or a crank with screw serves as the end. Unlike the other Strässler kits, the nut is not ground but finely chopped.
Stone and kermaic grinders
In our shop you can find the kit for classical stone mills, both in the form of a grain mill and a coffee mill. A pair of grinding stones made of Naxos basalt forms the heart of these mills. It works without residues and is suitable for food processing. Self-cleaning and self-sharpening properties are among other advantages of the stone mill.
