There are 3 different types of lathe chucks from the Canadian manufacturer Oneway:

  • "Oneway" chuck - the small one Ø 100 mm
  • "Talon" chuck - the medium Ø 105 mm
  • "Stronghold" chuck - the large Ø 110 mm

Turner chuck Oneway, Talon, Stronghold


The Talon and Stronghold types are operated with a sprocket wrench. The small Oneway with two dowel pins.

By changing the threaded insert, a chuck can be used on lathes with different spindle heads.

A wide variety of top jaws and accessories are available.

Grooved chuck jaws are rounded at the corners so that impressions in the workpiece are minimized. (see picture 2).
