Sanding system: Efficient solutions from steinert ®

With our sanding system, we offer high-quality products from our own brand "steinert®". The system consists of a sanding pad with Velcro backing and a 6 mm shaft. These sanding tools are available in two different sizes: 50 mm and 75 mm diameter. The 6 mm shaft can easily be clamped in a cordless screwdriver, drill or flexible shaft.

Flexible sanding system for different applications

The steinert sanding system offers you a wide range of application options. The sanding discs with Velcro surface can be easily attached to the Velcro backing of the sanding body. There is also a soft foam spacer that can be placed between the sanding pad and sandpaper to increase adaptability to different surfaces. This makes it easy to sand both convex and concave surfaces.

Medium sanding pads Ø 50 mm and Ø 75 mm

Our medium-hardness sanding discs are equipped with a 6 mm metal shaft and are ideal for sanding outer contours and flat radii. The original VELCRO hook and loop backing ensures that the sanding discs are held securely in place.

Soft intermediate sanding piece Ø 50 mm

The soft spacer with Velcro fleece and Velcro backing is ideal for use on the medium sanding discs. It increases flexibility and protection when sanding, especially on sensitive surfaces. Be careful not to apply too much pressure to extend the service life of the spacer.

steinert® Sanding discs (Ø 50 mm and Ø 75 mm)

Our steinert sanding discs are available in diameters of 50 mm and 75 mm and in grit sizes from 80 to 600. The sanding discs are made of robust cloth and have a VELCRO® hook and loop backing for easy attachment to the sanding bodies or spacers. These sanding discs are available in packs of 20 and 100. Please select the desired grit size.

Blade discs Ø 75 Stearat velour Velcro

The flap discs with an open fine corundum grit coating and additional stearate coating adapt well to workpiece surfaces such as edges and deformations. They are specially designed for general woodworking and sanding resinous and oily woods. Available in packs of 20 and 100 and in grit sizes from 80 to 600.
