After a difficult phase of insolvency, Drechselzentrum steinert in Olbernhau has started into the future under new management. Thanks to the takeover by HGL Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, the future of the company, the brand family and the online store is secure. With a breath of fresh air and a proven tradition, we look forward to continuing to offer you high-quality products and machines for all aspects of woodturning.

HGL Verwaltungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH is represented by numerous companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Thanks to its many years of experience, it is the perfect partner to continue the tradition of the Drechselzentrum and strengthen the brand. "We are proud to take over and continue this institution steeped in tradition. The team has been almost completely taken over and the location remains the same.
The existing team, which has many years of experience and expertise, remains almost completely on board. This not only allows the existing processes and quality standards to be maintained, but also ensures that the acquired expertise will continue to be used and expanded.  The close cooperation between the well-established team and the new owner ensures that the valuable tradition of the turning center is preserved, while at the same time innovative approaches and new ideas are developed for the future.
