The table roller grinding machine TWS 230 from HEGNER is ideally suited for grinding fretwork. Ideal for sanding off scraps of paper, adhesives and perfect for deburring the underside of filigree fretwork. Other large and small workpieces can also be ground off with this machine.

Simple handling, as the table height can be easily adjusted using an adjusting screw and only the bare essentials are sanded off. The available sanding belts allow precise sanding with different grain sizes and can be quickly exchanged. For this purpose, the precisely cut sanding belts are simply wound onto the sanding drum with a Velcro covering.

The workpiece is moved on the table over the sanding roller, with only as much pressure as is needed to hold the workpiece. It is not pulled away like a belt sander.

A stop (special accessory) for the TWS 230 allows edges to be sanded. On the right side of the device, the TWS 230 has a suction nozzle (58mm diameter), to which a commercially available vacuum cleaner can be connected to extract the sanding dust.
