Product information "Elevation Set for ONEWAY "Easy-Core" Base Substructure"

With these heightening bolts (2 pieces), the ONEWAY "Easy-Core" bowl cutter can also be used on lathes with a centre height other than 200, 240, 250 or 300mm. To do this, please select the next lower substructure and these elevation bolts.
The following tip heights are possible with the basic substructure plus elevation bolts:

Centre height lathe Required base substructure
220-230mm 200mm (+ extension set)
250-270mm 240mm (+ extension set)
260-280mm 250mm (+ extension set)
310-325mm 300mm (+ extension set)

 

For the initial equipment of the ONEWAY Easy Core you need:

  • ONEWAY "Easy-Core" knife set of your choice
  • ONEWAY "Easy-Core" base substructure depending on the centre height of the lathe
  • Possibly increasing set for ONEWAY "Easy-Core" base substructure depending on the centre height of the lathe
  • ONEWAY "Easy-Core" clamping plate depending on the bench bed geometry of the lathe
