Product information "Extension for Bormax Drills with Shank Ø 10mm"

For extending Famag Bormax drills or other drills with a shank diameter of 10mm

Please choose the desired length!
Please note that the inside diameter given here corresponds to the shank diameter of your drill!

  • The drill is held securely in the extension with 4 clamping screws.
  • Solid design with good concentricity. Ideal for deep hole drilling, also when turning.
  • The shank of the extension has three clamping surfaces on the chuck side for secure clamping in three-jaw chucks.
  • For long extensions, please pay attention to use lower speeds!

Some of the Bormax drills have a hexagonal shank, the extensions have a round holder. When attaching the drill in the extension using the clamping screws, make sure that these hit the flat areas of the drill shank.
