ATTENTION! Since ENOLIT® - colour concentrate is frost-sensitive (water-based), we cannot ship at temperatures below 0°C. Please take this into account when ordering!

ENOLIT® - colour concentrate water-thinnable, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and therefore also suitable for toys according to DIN EN 71 part 3.

It is a high-quality colour stain based on a special copolymer dispersion. The pigments used are particularly lightfast, so that they do not lose their brilliance and luminosity outdoors. This colouring agent is very concentrated in the delivery condition and should therefore be diluted with water at least 1: 1 or more - depending on the desired effect. The different colours can be mixed with one another. It should be noted that in the case of light colors, the luminosity only really comes into its own when the background is light (light or bleached woods).

ENOLIT® - colour concentrate can be used universally on all absorbent surfaces (wood, paper, cardboard, textiles, etc.). The surface must be dry and free of dust and grease. The application can be done by brushing, tumbling, dipping or spraying. The processing temperature should be at least 15°C, 20°C room temperature or higher with 60% relative humidity and good ventilation accelerate the drying process. The coloured parts should not be used without an additional coating in order to ensure optimal abrasion resistance and perspiration and saliva fastness according to DIN 53 160. This can be done with a variety of clear top coats. We recommend the water-thinnable paint ENOLIT®. Wax coatings are also suitable.

ENOLIT® - colour concentrate can be kept for at least 6 months when stored in airtight, sealed original container and at storage temperature between + 5°C and + 35°C. Pay attention to cleanliness when processing. Since it does not contain a preservative, unclean water or wood dust can lead to mold growth after a long time. The material then smells unpleasant, but can still be processed if the floating mold is removed. If necessary, the ready-mixed (already diluted with water) colorant can be protected from mold with 0.5 - 1.0% acetic acid (25% vinegar essence). (Further information is possible if required.)

NOTE: The dispatch can only take place in frost-free time. Storage must also be guaranteed under frost-free conditions.
