ENOLIT Lacquer Clear, Glossy 0.25Ltr

ENOLIT® paint colourless, water-thinnable, environmentally friendly, non-toxic and therefore also suitable for toys according to DIN EN 71, part 3.

It is a high-quality paint made from PUR acrylic dispersion. Although this system was designed for indoor use, the resistance of ENOLIT® lacquers is significantly better than normal NC lacquers.

This water-thinnable lacquer is available glossy and matt.

If a satin finish is required, both can be mixed 1:1.
It can be used on all European types of wood. As a precaution, preliminary tests should be carried out with tropical woods.

The great advantage of this lacquer system lies in its easy handling and good flow.
In addition, the same lacquer system can meet various quality requirements:

• One-layer painting for simple requirements
• Two-layer painting for high demands
• Two-layer painting with intermediate sanding for top quality

The surface must be dry, free of dust and grease. The paint material must be stirred well in the container before use. It can be applied by brushing, dipping or spraying. The lacquer setting allows a much higher viscosity to be used when spraying than is possible with conventional solvent-based systems. A dilution to the usual spray viscosity is therefore not necessary in most cases. (Delivery viscosity approx. 40s / DIN cup 6mm at 20°) The delivery viscosity can also be used for painting. The processing temperature should be at least 15°C with a maximum humidity of 85%. be. A room temperature of 20°C is advantageous. The drying time for overpainting is approx. 0.5 hours. The surface is touch-proof after approx. 2.0 hours and completely dry after 24 hours. The drying time can be shortened by increasing the room temperature to a maximum of 40°C and good ventilation. Good ventilation is also necessary during processing. Safety data sheets are enclosed with the delivery of goods and must be carefully observed.

ENOLIT® lacquers can be kept airtight for at least 6 months in the original container at + 5°C to + 35°C. Pay attention to cleanliness when processing. If the viscosity is slightly increased (due to evaporation of the water), the application viscosity can be restored with water.

NOTE: The shipment can only take place in frost-free time. Storage must also be guaranteed under frost-free conditions.
