You can find a ring size table in the pictures. The size of the ring width relates to the inner ring. When assembled, the rings are 2mm wider than the order width.

The kit for finger rings is available in 10 ring sizes and in 4 different widths each. The kits are made in Germany.

The kit consists of 3 parts. The two outer rings are made of stainless steel (low-nickel alloy 1.4404) with a silk-gloss 24 carat gold plating. The inner ring is uncoated stainless steel (1.4404).

The 24 carat gold plating was produced using the complex and expensive PVD process. This process guarantees a very high resistance of the surface and abrasion is not to be expected with normal use.

"The abbreviation PVD stands for Physical Vapor Deposition and is a process in which, through bombardment with laser beams, magnetically deflected ions or electrons (sputtering) and through arc discharge (arc- Process) the material is evaporated under high vacuum. Arc evaporation and sputtering with different materials in the PVD process lead to surfaces with excellent properties and impressive colors. " - End of quote.

NOTE: For coating, the ring parts must be hung on a rack. This suspension leaves a delicate discolouration on the inside of the gold-coated outer ring - see picture. This discolouration is process-related and does not justify a complaint.

The rings are rounded on the inside (finger side), making them easier to put on and take off. In addition, they do not "suck" so easily on the finger and there is a little more "freedom of movement", which increases the wearing comfort.
