Kirjes Dust Extraction

The Kirjes flexible shaft, the chuck and the grinding wheel are NOT included in the scope of delivery!

Connect the Kirjes vacuum cleaner to the flexible shaft of the Kirjes flexible shaft and transform common vacuum cleaners into a cost-effective dust collection system.
The handle of the vacuum cleaner surrounds the flexible shaft holder and the chuck, so that the suction point is as close as possible to the grinding area. The sanding point is always clearly visible because the dust generated during work is removed immediately.

Sanding surfaces on wooden objects of any shape is often a great challenge. Hand sanding is extremely difficult & laborious. The KIRJES® sanding system was developed precisely for such tasks.
Inflatable rubber base bodies serve as carriers for highly flexible abrasive cloth sleeves. Base bodies and sanding sleeves are available in different dimensions, so that a variety of workpiece shapes can be processed.
Deformed wet wood bowls, spoons, toys, wood carving work, i.e. almost all freely shaped objects can be given a perfect surface with these tools.
Optionally there is a drive motor and a flexible shaft. This allows the grinding tools to be guided precisely and cleanly.
