Steinert Ballpoint Pen Kit with Fixed Refill - Silver

These kits are suitable for making free-form writing instruments. Only the tip is given as a design element in 3 different versions. The shape of the pen can be made individually without having to pay attention to the centre piece or end cap.
The refill remains fixed and cannot be sunk.

The kit consists of:
- Brass barrel 85 mm x 7.0 mm Ø (internal thread 1/4" x 40 tpi)
- tip matt chrome plated
- Pressure spring for tolerance compensation
- Schneider premium large capacity refill type Express 735 M, writing colour blue

Our recommendation for drilling: Ø 7.0 to Ø 7.2 mm (depending on the type of wood, softwood 7.0 / hardwood 7.2 mm), drill the hole approx. 3-4 mm deeper so that the glue has some space at the back. If some glue gets into the tube during gluing, drill out the tube with a slightly blunted 5.9 mm drill bit.
