Recommended drill sizes:
Wood twist drill HSS M2 Pen Drill Ø 9.52 mm (3/8").
For through hole

Wood twist drill HSS M2 Pen Drill Ø 10.72 mm (27/64")
For opening at the pusher

Depending on the type of wood, the Ø 9.52 mm through hole may need to be widened slightly to accommodate the tip thread.

The thread at the front end of the mechanism is a metric thread M10 x 0.75 mm. The thread for screwing on the end cap is a metric thread M8.5 x 0.5 mm.
