This solid pewter potpourri lid is perfect for making potpourri jars to hold a fragrant blend of dried flowers, herbs and spices to create a pleasant scent in the room. The perforated lid allows the fragrance to escape through the holes while the potpourri remains in the container.

Scented pots are popular gifts and can be made quite easily by woodturners. The lid, for example, can be inserted into the seam of a turned jar and also serves as a decorative element. It is designed to fit an 80 mm diameter opening at the top of a potpourri jar.
