Spirit or alcohol soluble natural resin varnish (copal resin) for direct contact with juices or wine in cups or wine goblets.

Ensure sufficient curing time (min. 7 days) before contact with alcoholic beverages, as the varnish is alcohol-soluble.

The vinify or vat varnish is suitable for wood and metal. We recommend 2-3 thin coats. After about 5 hours the varnish can be painted over and after about 7 days it is cured. For the first application we recommend diluting the varnish with alcohol so that the varnish can penetrate deep into the wood. The second and eventually third application can be done with undiluted varnish. The content (375 ml) is enough for about 2-3 m² with one application.

ATTENTION: The vinify varnish is not suitable for hot drinks as it decomposes from approx. 60-70°C onwards. Drinks with alcohol content should not be stored for long periods in containers with the vinify varnish. For the period of consumption, however, the vinify varnish is well suited for alcoholic beverages up to the alcohol content of wine.
