Longitudinal copying unit Hager HLK

This copying device can be placed on an existing lathe. A template or sample part is used as the copying template.
The feed is via handwheel drive and gear rack with reduction gear. Backlash-free high-performance guides enable precise working.
The steel holder column can be variably clamped for various large workpiece diameters.
The low installation height of only 79 mm is achieved by the very stable, cranked design.
All operating options are easy to reach and can be changed over in seconds.
As standard, the unit is supplied with a 16 x 16 mm steel holder and a HW08 carbide insert (radius 0.8 mm).

The unit is available in two working lengths.

• HLK800 working length 800mm
• HLK1200 Working length 1200mm

To adapt the copying device to an existing lathe we need the following information:

• Center height
• Distance between bench bed cheeks
• Height of the bench bed cheeks

The longitudinal copying unit HLK can be retrofitted with an additional device for winching and fluting. We will be pleased to advise you on this.
