One of the best selling chucks in its class. Optimum price/performance ratio. The Axminster self-centering 4 jaw chuck is very robust and durable. It can be used flexibly for a wide range of applications. All jaws and fixtures listed under "4-jaw chuck attachments" fit this chuck.
Axminster chucks feature heavily dimensioned flights in the worm plate and jaws. This results in a high degree of stability. The specified clamping travel is determined in such a way that when the chuck is opened wide, at least two flights of the worm disc still engage in all jaws. This ensures a high degree of safety.
