Standard Live Centres

With live centres, it depends on how often they are used and which workpiece dimensions are to be held. Simple centre punches are ideal for occasional use. For highly productive mass production and heavy workpieces, higher quality centre punches should be used because they are better supported and can be expected to have a longer service life.
