steinert® minimat 65 CNC

The steinert® Minimat 65 CNC is a fully automatic machine for the series production of turned wood parts up to a diameter of 65mm. The WEMA Minimat 65 CNC is characterised by its high level of economy, both for large series and for smaller batch sizes. Even single pieces and samples can be produced inexpensively and quickly. 
The supports are programmed using a CAD / CAM system.

• The machine is equipped with two CNC-controlled turning supports. In addition, it has a CNC-controlled feed, CNC-controlled drilling support and pneumatically controlled cutter
• The rotary supports can optionally be equipped with form steels (profile knives) or copy turning steels. This means that you can traditionally work with two opposing shaped steels
• A combination of copy turning tool and profile tool or the use of two, optionally three different copy turning tools is possible. This flexibility enables an extraordinarily high variety of workpiece shapes
• The arrangement of the copy steels directly behind the bezel guarantees excellent turning quality
• Square or round bars, which are fed in via a magazine, can be used as woodblanks. The magazine can be filled with blanks in length of 340 - 800 mm.
