The mobile clamping trestle Triton XXL is our longtime companion at various live events. Especially in the field of power carving, chainsaw carving and sculpting we rely on this alrounder. The stability on uneven ground, the secure hold and the enormous load-bearing capacity enable us to work on large, misshapen pieces of wood.
In addition to these hobby jobs, the clamping block is mainly used for DIY. The XXL clamping jaws provide a secure hold for long boards, beams and components, while the integrated foot clamping mechanism keeps your hands free.

The clamping mechanism

The workpieces are clamped on the clamping block using the foot pedal. The hands remain free for aligning and securing. Depending on the material and shape to be machined, the clamping force can be varied as required. A lock/unlock switch releases the clamping of the jaws in no time at all. Rail-mounted jaws allow clamping of workpieces up to 1000 mm. Attached urethane jaws protect the material and provide a non-slip grip.

In addition to its technical features, the Triton Clamping Jig impresses with its robust workmanship. The powder-coated all-steel construction guarantees a long service life.
