This sculptor's trestle is ideal for working with wood. The workpiece can be fixed very well with very different clamping options:

 

1. The front pliers have a parallel guide and can be tightened firmly
2. The plate has a hole in the middle for the use of a figure screw
3. The frame opposite the front pliers has a cutout. Any screw clamp can be inserted here and firmly attached to the plate.
4. 2 holes in the front pliers and 4 holes distributed over the entire surface of the plate allow the use of the round bench hooks available as accessories. The workpiece is held securely.
5. The screw clamp, which is available as an accessory, can be inserted into the 6 holes.

 

The sculptor's trestle is carefully crafted and extremely stable. The heavy beech wood and the high cross-sections of the legs (56mm) give it a high dead weight. The spread legs give it a very firm stand. The steel rail supplied (black powder-coated) can be screwed under 2 legs. While working, you can stand on it with one foot and give the trestle additional support or screw the trestle firmly to the ground using 2 holes.

 

The plate is made of 40mm thick multiplex. It is simply plugged onto the base using 2 wooden dowels and additionally fixed with 4 steel angles. The tool can be placed on the practical intermediate plate.

 

The wood is sanded clean and oiled. The trestle is delivered disassembled. It is quickly put together and can be screwed very tightly.
