Product information "Multistar Duplex Jaws DJ90"
The scope of delivery only includes the collet chuck, not the complete chuck.
DJ90 - Clamping range inside 78 mm / outside 87 m
This collet is provided with eight threaded holes (M6) which allow the fastening of "shims" faceplate segments made of wood.
These self-manufactured collets made of wood or plastic can be used, for example, to re-clamp parts that have already been turned out.
Screw chuck set and universal MARLIN drivers can also be integrated here. The smallest receptacle in the clamping range is 75mm.
When spreading, which requires a 90mm recess, the milled dovetails ensure a precise hold.
