These Axminster top jaws fit the following chuck types:

• Axminster Clubman K8 / SK80
• Axminster Clubman K10 / SK100
• Axminster Evolution SK100 and SK114
• Zentra chuck with Axminster base jaws
• TOS chuck Super precision chuck Ø 100mm with Axminster universal clamping jaws

With the Axminster Evolution SK114 chuck, these penblank drilling jaws only fit when using the short universal clamping jaws.

The Penblank drilling jaws are 42mm deep and can accept either round or square blanks from 16mm. The inner profile ensures a secure hold, even if the pen is not quite square.
Start drilling slowly, withdrawing the drill frequently to remove the chips. Reduce the feed force shortly before the drill exits to prevent the hole breaking out.
