Product information "Sanding Sealer 0,5 Ltr."

RUSTIN'S Sanding Sealer is a quick-sanding primer based on shellac, which is dissolved with spirit.

It can be used as a quick-drying primer under wood oil or wax, but also for polishing work with shellac. Small parts such as bangles, spinning tops and ballpoint pen casings are "set" with Sanding Sealer on the lathe while the spindle is running slowly and sanded with a fine abrasive while it dries quickly. The sanded material is incorporated as an additional "pore filler". After a few minutes, oil or wax can be applied. The result is a fine, durable silky gloss without a glass lacquer effect.

Sanding Sealer already contains a fine-grained filler as a pore filler. This filler settles in the bottle. Therefore, it must be shaken well before use so that the filler is evenly distributed over the entire contents.

Thickened material can be made liquid again with spirit.

Sanding Sealer is highly flammable, therefore the known safety precautions should be observed. Brushes and polishing bales must be kept airtight and not stored together with other soaked materials. Children must not have access to these materials.

Optimale Grundierung für Drechselarbeiten!

Für mich ist dieser Sanding Sealer die optimale Grundierung für nahezu alle Drechselarbeiten. Der Sealer bildet bei wenig beanspruchten Objekten nach zwei - oder dreifachem Auftrag eine sehr gute abschließenden glänzende Oberfläche.
Die Anwendung ist sehr zeitsparend, da die Trocknungszeiten im nicht zu kühlen Raum sehr kurz sind!
