Product information "Chestnut Friction Polish"

High-solids, high-gloss polish made from the best shellac.

Chestnut Products Friction Polish (shellac polish) produces a high-gloss surface. It is ideally suited for small workpieces. Friction Polish is normally applied on top of a primer (all Chestnut Products primers can be used for this purpose), but can also be used without a primer. Surfaces created with shellac polish are hard-wearing, but they are not suitable for products that come into contact with water. If the polish is applied while the lathe is running, it dries very quickly. Do not apply too much as this can cause "rings"! Shellac polish can also be used without the lathe running, but then it must be rubbed in well.
Shake well before use!
