Product information "steinert® Wood Turner's Oil White 0.25L"
For light woods the "steinert® Wood Turner's oil - white" is available.
It is used as a base oil on woods such as maple, ash, hornbeam and the like. This means that the brightness of these woods is retained even when colourless wood turner oil is subsequently applied, without obscuring the naturalness of the wood surface.
A “firing up” of the wood texture is largely avoided Turning products.
 
"steinert® Wood Turner's Oil white" is saliva and sweat-proof according to DIN 53160 (colloquially "food safe") and it is suitable for children's toys according to DIN EN 71, part 3. Due to its high mechanical resistance, it can also be used for floors, window sills and the like. The treated surface is transparent, silk-gloss, water-resistant according to DIN 68861 Part 1, open-pored, a surface film forms after 2-3 applications

Ideal für helles Holz

Das weiße Drechsleröl schützt wie gewünscht, aber dunkelt helle Hölzer im Farbton nicht, wie man es bei anderen Ölen kennt, ab. Ich nutze es darum insbesondere bei Esche, Ahorn, Birke etc.

Hält was es verspricht

Dieses pigmentierte Öl funktioniert einwandfrei. Ein gedrechseltes Ahorn-Schälchen ist damit wunderbar hell geblieben.
